Reiki, a spiritual practice

  • There is no specific preparation required. It's beneficial to arrive with an open mind and a willingness to receive healing energy.

  • Reiki can complement traditional medical treatments and is often used as a complementary therapy.

  • Reiki is generally safe and can be beneficial for most individuals, including pregnant women. However, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional.

  • Animals are especially receptive to the benefits of Reiki healing. It is as if a silent language of love and comfort that is given.

  • Distant Reiki sessions are possible, where the practitioner sends healing energy to the recipient who may be in a different location.

  • Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress reduction.

  • Reiki works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to the recipient, promoting balance and healing.

  • During a session of 60-90 minutes, you will typically lie down fully clothed on a treatment table while the practitioner channels Reiki energy.

  • The practitioner will place their hands gently on or near your body in specific positions or follow intuitive guidance to facilitate energy flow.

Reiki What to Expect After

  • Take it easy. Resist the urge to jump right back in to life. Take at least 20 minutes or more after your session to remain peaceful. No phones, no gym, no social events.

  • Drink plenty of water. Drinking a good amount of water flushes out toxins and tired energies remaining in your system. Like a mountain stream, you want to keep energies flowing - water helps do this.

  • Eat healthy. Fresh fruits and vegetables along with other healthy foods should be the focus for the rest of the week. Processed foods, sugars  leave you feeling heavy and sluggish.

  • Take note of how you're feeling. All feelings are temporary, but you may be feeling things differently than prior to your session. Note how you're feeling.

  • Avoid substances like alcohol and tobacco. These dull our energies and our senses and undoes the cleansing, balancing and healing the reiki session just gave you. Wait at minimum 24 hours.

  • Journal. You might find yourself experiencing things more clearly. Journal to keep track of these new thoughts and experiences.

  • Gene Keys is a system of self-exploration and personal transformation developed by Richard Rudd.

  • At its core, Gene Keys proposes that within each individual's DNA lies a series of "gene keys" or codes that correspond to different aspects of their being, such as personality traits, life challenges and potential gifts.

  • In essence, Gene Keys combine elements of genetics, spirituality, and personal growth as a way to understand the interplay between our genetic code, our life experiences, and our spiritual evolution.

  • Gene Keys offers insights into how we can transcend limiting patterns and unlock our potential.

  • A Gene Key profile is a personalized analysis of specific gene sequences based on your birth data. It provides insights into your strengths, challenges, and the transformative path you can take for persona growth.

  • A Gene Key sequence consists of 64 "keys" that correspond to specific gene combinations. Each represents a different frequency of consciousness and offers insights into our life's journey.

  • When working together, I help you calculate your Gene Key profile and map out a plan of self-discovery.

  • Together, we will explore your specific Gene Keys and I will guide you to greater self-awareness, personal transformation, and provide a deeper undertanding of your life's purposes. We can also help you shift from limiting patters.

  • One example of a Gene Key (22) is Grace: it is the gift within the shadow that allows you to let go and flow with life.

  • Working through your individual Gene Keys is certainly a process AND a rewarding journey.

  • The process of working through your Gene Keys is available through Personal Transformation Packages available with Reikindled Light.
