This is your most expansive and supportive session - created for the moments when you're carrying something heavy, feeling stuck, navigating a transition, or simply knowing that something needs to shift. This is the recommended starting point for all new clients. We begin with you... wherever you are. Through conversation and the intuitive questions and impressions that come to me, we find an intention together. Something real. Something yours. From there, I invite you onto the table for your energy healing session. Using a combination of modalities - including Usui/Holy Fire Reiki, Angelic Reiki, crystal energy, aromatherapy, guided meditation, and more - I work with your energetic centers, clearing what's accumulated and releasing what's ready to go, while tuning into the intuitive messages and guidance that come through during our time together. When we finish, we debrief fully. I share what I experienced (intuitive impressions, messages, what I observed in your energy field). Nothing is held back. You leave understanding what happened and why. Before your next session, you'll receive a personalized follow-up with tools and practices to support the work between visits... because the healing doesn't stop when you leave. Each session may include: • Spiritual coaching and intuitive guidance • Energy clearing and chakra alignment • Emotional and energetic release work • Intuitive impressions and messages • Aromatherapy for grounding and relaxation Sessions are available in person at The Village Wellness Center in Centennial, or online via Zoom.
