Whether you’re feeling emotionally off, energetically stuck, anxious, low, or simply disconnected from your inner clarity, this session offers a holistic alternative to talk therapy, and a safe space to reconnect with your truth. Together, we create stillness, listen to your inner guidance, and realign your energy with your soul’s deeper knowing. Blending Reiki (Usui, Holy Fire®, and Angelic lineages), chakra balancing, crystal and sound healing, and intuitive soul-level guidance, Gina creates a custom flow to support whatever is ready to shift or be seen. Light aromatherapy may also be used to enhance grounding and relaxation. Each session may include energetic clearing, guided insight, chakra alignment, and space to release old patterns or emotions that are ready to move. You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected to your soul’s voice with renewed clarity, grounded insight, and gentle integration tools to carry forward.
