What is Reikindled Light?

I help women remember who they are beneath the patterns and stories that have kept them from themselves, so they can finally step into a life that feels aligned with their soul.
That is the heart of everything that happens at Reikindled Light.
This is a space for those who feel something shifting... navigating life transitions, waking up to their spiritual path, moving through medical or energetic challenges, or simply longing for something more. Sometimes all of those are the same person. You may have been on a spiritual path for years, or you may be just beginning to sense there is more to you than you have been told. Either way, you belong here.
All the offerings of Reikindled Light are based on the belief that within each of us is a light that holds the hint of who we really are and who we are to be. Working together through energy healing, reflection, and guided support, together we cultivate clarity, encourage growth, and empower your soul to lead the way forward.
The foundation of this work lies in Usui/Holy Fire Reiki combined and intuitive energy healing, paired with personalized tools including crystal energy, aromatherapy, light sound, guided meditation, and soul-alignment insight. Reiki is central to this work not just as a relaxation tool, but as an integrative force. It helps your body and energy field process and absorb what's been revealed and released during our time together.
The conversation opens the door. The energy healing helps you walk through it. Each session, gathering, or program is intentionally crafted to help you feel safe, seen, and supported as you move forward into the fullness of who you are.
