The Heart of the Work
Within each of us is a voice... a quiet, steady whisper guiding us toward our truest path. But in the rush of life, it's easy to lose touch with it. And sometimes, without even realizing it, we lose the thread to ourselves... when life, loss, burnout, or simply the weight of too much has pulled us away. We feel it. In our bodies. In our energy. In the ache of something not quite right.

Soul Alignment is the practice of listening to that voice again. Of tuning back in - not to who you were, but to who you are right now... and who you're becoming, in this season of life.

I know this because I've lived it.

It wasn't until I did a deep dive and quieted my mind long enough to hear the whispers of my soul that everything shifted. As I listened, I found I wanted to hear more, know more... and I kept going. I found "me." Apart from what I do, I found WHO I am, and have come to understand so much more about who WE are and what is meant for each of us.

This discovery can't be told. Your mind has to quiet long enough for you to hear your own soul.

The Transformative Work
Soul Alignment work is deep, personal, and multidimensional. While this isn't a traditional therapy session, it goes places therapy often doesn't... into the body, the energy field, and the soul itself. What I offer is intuitively guided conversation that opens the space for what needs to be seen and heard, coupled with integrative and intuitive energy healing that helps you release it, embody it, and carry it forward.

Reiki is a central part of this work - not just as a relaxation tool, but as an integrative force. It helps your body and energy field process and absorb what's been revealed and released during our time together. The conversation opens the door. The energy healing helps you walk through it.​

Through intuitively guided conversation and hands-on energy healing — using a combination of Usui/Holy Fire Reiki, Angelic Reiki, crystal energy, aromatherapy, and more — we create an intention together and work through what's present, energetically, emotionally, and spiritually. No two sessions are alike. Because no two people are.

A deep, multidimensional portrait of who you are at soul level.
Your Soul Portrait combines numerology, astrology, Human Design, and intuitive energy work to reveal who you are... your gifts, your patterns, your soul's calling — all at once. An 8 Week Chakra Journey For Clarity & Inner Connection
An 8-week guided journey through the chakra system... your body's energetic map connected to your emotions, clarity, intuition, confidence, and sense of safety. Each week blends gentle teaching with experiential practices, so you don't just understand your energy - you feel the shift within it. You'll leave with practical tools you can return to again and again for alignment, emotional clarity, and continued growth.
Harmony Within
Healing in community • Reiki & Sound, woven together.
A monthly gathering that weaves Reiki energy healing and gentle sound healing into a single, immersive experience. Co-hosted by Gina and certified sound and energy practitioner Phyllis Harvey, Harmony Within creates a sacred shared space for deep relaxation, energetic reset, and quiet transformation. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter. $50 per gathering, held monthly
