What to Expect After

-
Take it easy. Resist the urge to jump right back in to life. Take at least 20 minutes or more after your session to remain peaceful. No phones, no gym, no social events.
-
Drink plenty of water. Drinking a good amount of water flushes out toxins and tired energies remaining in your system. Like a mountain stream, you want to keep energies flowing - water helps do this.
-
Eat healthy. Fresh fruits and vegetables along with other healthy foods should be the focus for the rest of the week. Processed foods, sugars leave you feeling heavy and sluggish.
-
Take note of how you're feeling. All feelings are temporary, but you may be feeling things differently than prior to your session. Note how you're feeling.
-
Avoid substances like alcohol and tobacco. These dull our energies and our senses and undoes the cleansing, balancing and healing the reiki session just gave you. Wait at minimum 24 hours.
-
Journal. You might find yourself experiencing things more clearly. Journal to keep track of these new thoughts and experiences.
