Sometimes you don't need a deep dive... you just need to reset. The Reiki Refresh is a focused 30-minute Reiki session designed to help your energy settle, soften, and find its balance again. There's no intake conversation - just a quiet, intentional space for you to receive. Using Usui/Holy Fire Reiki, this session gently works with your energy field to clear what's accumulated and support your system in returning to flow. This session is perfect for when you're feeling: • Scattered or overstimulated • Emotionally heavy but short on time • In need of a gentle reset between deeper sessions • Curious about Reiki and want to experience it before committing to a full session After your session, we'll take a brief moment to check in before you go. Sessions are available in person at The Village Wellness Center in Centennial, or online via Zoom. $44 > 30 minutes
