  • Guided Energetic Meditations go deeper by integrating energetic principles and Reiki healing throughout the experience.

- gentle mind-body connection

- intentional energetic alignment

  • This creates a meditation that supports your whole energetic system, not just mental relaxation.

Can these meditations be paired with Reiki energy healing?

  • Yes — in fact, all Guided Energetic Meditations in my practice are paired with Reiki.

  • You simply rest while the meditation plays, and I offer Reiki in the background, supporting you energetically as you move through the journey.

What can I expect during a Guided Energetic Meditation session?

  • You’ll begin by getting comfortable and taking a few slow grounding breaths.

  • From there, you’ll listen to a soothing, supportive meditation tailored to your intention—whether that’s emotional calming, inner child work, ancestral healing, chakra balancing, or deep relaxation.

  • While you listen, Reiki energy healing is offered throughout, enhancing the meditation and supporting your energetic field.
